Terms & Conditions for Reformation Fellowship Gatherings

Media Permission:  

By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you are giving permission for Union Foundation to utilise your name, image, likeness, voice, and statements for all purposes, in any manner, in any medium, without further authorisation from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf. This is also applies to any minors on whose behalf you are completing a booking. 

Cancellations, refunds and ticket transfers: 

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please see below for details of refunds: 

o   Cancellations made before 12th May 2023: a full refund will be given. 

o   Cancellations after 12th May 2023: no refund will be given. 

If it is necessary for Union Foundation to cancel this event, a full refund will be given.  

Ticket transfer requests must be made in writing by emailing info@reffellowship.org, giving full details of both the parties involved in the transfer. Transfer requests will be accepted until 12th May 2023.
